MCG Annual General Meeting 2025

As per the MCG Constitution we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting every 12 months. This year it will be held on the 23rd of November at West Brunswick Community Garden, 49 Everett Street.

The business of the meeting will be as follows: 2025 AGM Agenda 

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting, held on 24 November 2024;
2. To receive the presidents report and financial report on MCG’s activities during the year ended 30 June 2025;
3. To elect the Committee;
4. Any other business of which notice has been given in accordance with MCG’s rules.

All MCG members are encouraged to attend we would love to see you in person, if you are attending in person we’ll be sitting down together afterwards for a shared lunch, please bring a plate of something to share- we aim to keep formalities very short.

We look forward to seeing you there! If you are unable to make it, your vote can still be cast by electing a proxy to vote on your behalf.

PS – West Brunswick Garden n Gather is on Sunday 23th from 10am, come down for gardening, weeding and compost turning – we’ll see you there.
